Icon5 Cel codes? Please help!

Alright guys I'm gonna give a complete rundown so you know everything of the car. I got it about 3 weeks ago. It's a 2000 sh model. It has a cold air intake and headers to a full exhaust. Otherwise no mods I'm aware of. I bought it and it had a bad hesitation with the egr port issue. Cleaned the valve and got the ports done and the cel code went away. Then I just had the back calipers done and the brake light on the dash was giving issues of staying on, then it would only come on when the pedal was pressed, and now it's just off until you apply the e brake. But my full reason for this post is my check engine light just came on this morning and it was for a catalytic converter. I cleared the code and drove it for a little while and now I have 4 codes. These are the codes

P0175 system too rich current
P0170 Fuel trim bank 1 current
P0172 bank 1 system too rich confirmed
P0170 fuel trim bank 1 pending

Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?!? I gave a whole rundown of the car so you guys know everything I know about it and every issue I've had in case they are related.

I also still have a hesitation issue at below 2500 rpms. The issue is only when the car warms up, when it's cold it has no hesitation/stumble

Chapter 11 of the service manual you can download from the diy section/all service manual thread.

The driveability issue sounds like it could be your cat or your rear O2 sensor.
Check your plugs/cap/rotor. Sounds stupid but I changed mine and my car went from all kinds of weird codes and conditions to normal.

It keeps going on and off. Only comes on at idle. And not all the time. Just at random. It says it's running rich.

If your wire isn't broken....
Remove the connection screw, scrape it with sandpaper, scrape area where ground connects same way. Reattach.

Did you read chapter 11? Chapter 23 shows all your grounds.
