Front suspension plz help

Recently installed KYB's on all four corners with coilovers and now having trouble lowering on the front end it wont go any lower than a little over an inch from body to tire please any advice is golden... The back has like 3 inches i can still drop it but i wanna know whats up with the front

This may be a really dumb comment, but the springs are generally different lengths front and rear. Are they the right way around?

To be honest with u the coilovers were passed on to me for free and i figured i should drop it a inch or two... I changed the front struts three times because im still thinking its the struts. And about the springs well there all the same size

take off crap coil sleeves and put on actual springs

Any suggestions on them replacements?? Btw im not rich... But i wanna do it right the first time too. I know i got loong ways to go but i def wanna work on my car. So im open to any help and suggestions worldwide. Thanks
