Icon5 4th gen break issue.

Today driving home my breaks started feeling soft. When you step on the peddle, the peddle starts out feeling right and then fades. If i pump the breaks i can stop no problem but if i hold my foot on the peddle my foot will start to go to the floor slowly and then it will reach the floor. If i stop on a hill and i dont pump the breaks my fool will reach the floor and ill start rolling backwards.

Im thinking its either air in the break lines or the master cylinder is going out.

ABS is disconnected by way of the relay, the ABS pump dose not work at the moment.

Re: 4th gen break issue.

Certainly the master cylinder is the first thing to check. What's the fluid level look like?

Re: 4th gen break issue.

I did put back in the ABS relay to see if that fixed the issue. It didn't.
