Icon5 Please help, bogging out of first gear

I recently started driving my 01 prelude again and it was running perfectly. Then I let it sit for 2 weeks and after it was warmed up, it would bog out of firstreally bad. It just loses all the power as soon as I disengage the clutch. I'm burning out my clutch that's how bad my problem is. I changed all fluids and the car was running mint before this. Someone please help, this is my only means of transportation. Thanks fellow luders
