Replacing coilover spanner

I have a 5th gen sitting on GCs with konis and the previous owner didnt have the tool to adjust them, right now its sitting at close to stock height and i want to lower it and im looking for spanners and was wondering if i should buy the tool from the GC website or would any universal spanner tool do? thanks for any and all help and sorry if this post is in the wrong place...

Different manufactures use different wrench sizes - I would just get one from their site to avoid getting a "universal" that may not fit.

Find a piece of steel flat bar about a foot long and weld it onto the C spanner. Works a treat.

How would he spin it? That would do nothing but get in the way and cause damage.
