H22a valves same as h22a1 and a4?

I have an h22a with a p13 head. I'm getting my head done, was wondering if the usdm h22 valves will fit the jdm h22a? I've been searching but all I hear is they "should" fit.

Re: H22a valves same as h22a1 and a4?

I have Ferrea 5504 and 5506's for the "h22". They fit just fine in my Type-S head, so I don't see why any other "h22" valve, OEM or otherwise wouldn't fit.

Re: H22a valves same as h22a1 and a4?

Thanks, the machine shop asked me if the head was h22a1 or a4, had to explain to them usdm vs jdm. Then I asked myself if all valves are they the same.

Yes, all OE H22 head valves are the same.
