how to black housing

anyone know where I can get a how to tutorial thing on how to black out a headlight housing on a 5th gen. I have been looking into doing this for awhile but haven't been able to find some good clear directions on how to do it.

The best thing i Can tell you, is to look into the accord black housing, or some other black housings... Its pretty much the same directions, clips, remove bulbs, Stick the headlights in the Oven, and slowly start pullin them apart.... <<< just generalization.....as for the paint, i recomend you use that BBQ stove black paint ( high temperature paint).. just my 2 cents
