help!! need advice on my block!!

ive got a h22a4 engine i need to have my block bored to .020 and i have oversized oem pistons and rings to go in it. the block has frm liner on the cylinder walls that is .5mm thick. if i bore the block to .020 do i have to resleeve my cylinder walls? im not going to run any kind of boost to my car. please help, any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

yeah they are. im just not sure if there will be any frm left after the bore. because im boring it as deep and the coating goes. is the rest of the cylinder wall aluminum?

im just trying to find out if its something i absolutely have to do or not. im kind of tight on cash and really need this car running for a daily driver. only reason im boring the block is to fix the cylinder wall damage
