H22A4 "Whurring" sound w/video

I pulled the motor to change the head gasket. After putting the engine back together and installing the timing belt, I spun the crank a few times and heard a slight "whur" sound. I continued to spin the crank to make sure nothing sounded and looked like it was in a bind, the timing belt tracked well, and everything turned smooth. So I put the motor back in, cranked her up and I have the whur... The only thing I did different was install the adj cam gears. Do they make the sound? I've posted a video of the sound... Any comments?

Pretty much got flamed for driving like a jackass and was told to slow down. And I'll be damned, slowing down fixed it.
