Icon5 Too much head .. ? about my mild build

I currently have 3 heads total including the one in my running DD lude..
I been looking around for a straight answer but I need to know for a fact if there is a any difference at all between these 2 Heads.
Right now I have this spare p13 hf-1 h22 head

and I also got this spare f20b pcb hf-1 head

I know the f20b revs higher and they make around the same power as a h22, is that b/c the head flows better or just due to higher rpm/better valvetrain conbination .The question is should I build the original p13 head, or should i invest the money on the f20 head. Might do machine work and pnp before i put it in.

Here is a side by side pic and they are very similar but you can see the difference ... (p13 top ,f20 bottom)

Few extra pics

in regards to the f20b revving higher and producing the same power as an H22 you may want to look up the specs because it does not. The H22 beats it in both by quite a bit.

Maybe a fully built F20b with a chipped ECU can do that....but a fully built H22 can net you around 250hp if done right.

He is right on the f20b specs, unless it is automatic... Several sources say so.
F20b from accord siR
Manual 200hp
Auto 180hp

I've heard the f20b from accord siR is the destroked h22 type R (euro R) from the accord type R which make 220hp I believe, also found in the 5th gen prelude
