Re: [USEFUL] - Identify your Honda.

Thanx,
That should help a buncha folks.

I explored my glove box the other day and found a pristine owners manual. Filled out by the original owner of a 91 prelude... but it wasn't the one to my car.. still a nice artifact.

What the heck is a prelude sedan?

Edit: or a 2 door sedan?

Re: [USEFUL] - Identify your Honda.

Well, someonw told me that a coupe is when the rear window of the car is "attached" to the trunk.
A sedan would be a car with separated trunk and the coupe itself.
I know, I always thought that 2-doors = coupe and 4-doors = sedan, but.. :b

Re: [USEFUL] - Identify your Honda.

If the rear Window is attached I'd call it a hatchback. Like an integra, rsx, 3000gt are all hatchbacks.

Re: [USEFUL] - Identify your Honda.

Usually a sedan is the 'family' style, bland-o-matic version of a car.. say 4 door sedan. Meanwhile the coupe is usually the sporty edition of a car, hence 2 door coupe.
The prelude is a coupe, like a mustang or a camaro.
A police car is usually a sedan.

Coupe: a car with two doors, front seats and a luggage compartment.
That qualifies most preludes lol.

Sedan: a closed car with front and rear seats and two or four doors. Accord.
