Methyl Hydrate in tank

I cannot pass emissions. No nasty smoke it coming out of the tailpipe.

I heard adding methyl hydrate in the tank will make you pass easy

its a 92 prelude with 93 jdm h22a engine. dc headers and cold air intake.

Has anyone done this? I want people to reply that have done it.

Re: Methyl Hydrate in tank

Not going to work. I tried it on my 94 when the emissions were a bit too high and all it did was make it test higher than before. If your failing emissions you should just find out why and fix it. Mine ended up being a clogged egr.

Mmm mmm mmm, the tester knows all... and now you've not only got a malfunctioning egr, you have to run that stuff through your system til it's gone or drain your tank.

Asshat here to say...
