2000 Honda Prelude overheating issues

Hello,
I recently purchased a 2000 Honda Prelude 2.4L Automatic and I've had nothing but overheating issues with it. It started getting hot on idle so I replaced the radiator fan relay, that didn't work. Then I replaced the thermostat, that fixed the problem for about 2 weeks. Then it started overheating again, and someone recommended I replace the radiator fan sensor. I replaced that, and it fixed the issue of the fans not kicking on to cool the engine, but then my head gasket went out. Now, $550 dollars later, I'm driving it home after driving it all day, and not having any problems, and driving through residential area going 25mph and it starts overheating again, and leaking water from the back, lower part of the engine near or above the block. I've run out of patience and I have no idea what the problem could possibly be....any suggestions?
