What cc fuel injectors to get?

Ok so i have a 93 prelude with an h22, mods: Intake, 70mm skunk2 throttle body, Venom intake manifold, dc sport headers 4-2-1, apexi n1 cat back exhaust, and im about to put an aem fuel rail and p28 chipped ecu on but im waiting to get injectors so I can have the car tuned with them. So what cc do you guys think I should go with? I was thinking like 370-390 but wasnt to sure.

Re: What cc fuel injectors to get?

For turbo or N/A? I would say 450 for turbo (lower psi). Or 390's for NA

Stock H22 injectors are already around 350cc I believe though

Just curious but why are you putting on a fuel rail?

Re: What cc fuel injectors to get?

Leave the fuel system alone. Every prelude runs rich from the factory.

Any streetable NA build will get enough from the factory.

If you so want to upgrade, the minimal upgrade should be 550cc for NA and 1000 for a turbo.

For the sake of dressup, go for it.

my tuner said that my stock injectors duty cycle were too high (around 220hp) so he suggested that I raise fuel pressure or get new injectors.

I did some research and end up getting Acura RDX 410cc's (they have almost the best spray pattern of honda injectors)

Ive heard its designed more turbo/nos use (that you have to rev to 10 000 that you can get any benefits)

I'd get the size my tuner would recommend.

I think that's only H23, from what I've read H22's are bigger, but I may be wrong.

5th gen h22s are 290. Older h22s used I believe 325.

I have to replace my injectors anyways, 1 of them keeps flooding a cylinder.

I personally like it, woulnt get the full effect till after its tuned but when you mash on the petal you can hear it suck in the air lol
also if u decide to get 1 keep in mind ull have to do a custom intake because the venom sits low

If he's not going turbo than there is no point right? He did say however that he needs new ones though because his other ones aren't working properly
