Clutch won't go in gear

My transmission doesn't engage in any gears, I can start my car but once I try and go in first, second, third, fourth, fifth and reverse it seems to be blocked, I was pushing down on the clutch as well.

I also have a leak in the main seal wich I was thinking that the leak could be in the transmission, therefore the oil in the transmission could be leaking over night and when it comes to start the car it won't because the oil is still only in the engine.

TL;DR

Clutch wont engage, leak in transmission could it be the problem?

P.S After my college classes it would be a little bit lighter to push thinking it was dieing soon, driving with it for about 5 minutes it would be back to normal.

Do I have to bring my car to a garage or is there a easy way to fix it?

Re: Clutch won't go in gear

You need to post more accurate info as to the conditions of your leaks and problems. Start by checking your levels.

Re: Clutch won't go in gear

could also be bad throwout bearing. I had a similar issue.

But will it go into gears with car off?

Re: Clutch won't go in gear

How does the pedal feel?

Weird though because you should be able to put it in gear without clutch with it off. Maybe linkage is fubared.
