P28 ecu problem

I bought a chipped P28 ecu something like 1 years ago and until now it has worked perfect. One day couple of weeks ago it started to throw CEL's like couple times in a week (and ecu goes to limp mode)

1 Oxgen Sensor "A" (Primary)

and

10 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor

the thing is that we have changed those parts already and my car works ok for a while and then those cels (and limb mode) come back.

Is it possible that the ecu has gone bad or something? Even professional here cant really tell that anything else could be wrong with my car. They have checked wirings and all. Does anybody here have any experiences like this?
Should I just get new ecu or do you have any thoughts about this....?

thanks

Re: P28 ecu problem

Easy way to find out is to plug a different ECU in and see if it throws the same CEL codes. Do you have a p13? or can you borrow a buddy's P13 or chipped P28/72?
