Icon5 Etoria Rim Model?

Hi guys,
I hit a bad pothole on my way home from work in my 98' prelude and busted my 17" Etoria rim. I'm not at home atm, so I can't post pics of my actual rim but I luckily found pictures of the same one on the Honda Civic.

Below is the link to the same rims I need to find:

FS 2000 Civic Turbo COupe

I need to try to purchase a new rim to match my set but I can't find it anywhere! Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance
