Tail light problems

I just got a 94 prelude s and my tail lights stay on? If I take out the fuse for the horn they come on and just stay on and the blinkers stop working and if I put it back they turn off and the blinkers work. I'm trying to get this fixed asap because it's keeping me from driving it because I'd get pulled over. So if anyone has had this problem or can help in any way please give me some advice!!

Re: Tail light problems

Sounds like some wires are crossed over and switching to an improper circuit.

Re: Tail light problems

So your tail lights don't turn on? but your day time running lights, what about them? I had a similar problem. My head lights worked but not my parking lights, fog lights, of cluster lights nor my tail lights, unless I break. I got pulled over on a main street downtown and the police left me in my car for 45 minutes!!! If the problem is the day time running lights, that's easy. Simply check the fuse box. If they refuse to turn off, some wires might be crossed like hunter said, maybe the previous owner put two fuses together.
