Hose missing from transmission housing

My clutch went out about a month ago, I was not in the best part of town, and had it towed to the nearest shop because it was of course after 5pm, and obviously emergencies don't happen after 5pm :) Anyway, shop seemed nice, fixed clutch, got it back and now EVERYTHING is going wrong with clutch (mind you, car ran great before). I took it back once and they said it was the motor mount...... Really? No.
We were going through the engine the other day, I notice this.. Does anyone know what hose was SUPPOSED to be there and where it connects to once it's on? It is coming from transmission, and actually spraying fluid out, not lots, but you can see it on the engine. It's below the intake on the passenger side.

Appreciate any help. I have tried looking for diagrams ect, but no luck.

Re: Hose missing from transmission housing

First of all, it would be helpful if you could say what gen prelude you have. That being said, I have never heard of a hose on a manual transmission period. Could it be a fill hole that was not covered? If you had an auto, I would say it's a line to the oil cooler but you don't have an auto.

Just a breather tube, NBD if it's not capped.

Re: Hose missing from transmission housing

if its spitting fluid out then your trans is way over filled. though that shouldnt cause a clutch problem.
