Icon5 ok seriously confused and need help

Ok so in putting my f22 back together after running into way too many internal problems to finish my turbo build on it. I've since put new rings in it all new valves and went ahead and put new rod and crank bearings in it a new dizzy plugs and put a full msd ignition in. Here's the problem im not getting any spark from the dizzy and the fuel pump isn't running. I checked the msd and its firing checked to make sure my plug wires were on right they were and checked my timing and to see if my dizzy was out 180 and it wasn't. I checked my grounds in the engine bay and cleaned them to make sure they were grounding good. I did a battery relocation to the truck and i grounded the battery to the trunk latch which may not be a good place to ground it. And i just replaced my main relay which was bad but still didn't correct the problems im having any and all help would be greatly appreciated and thanks ahead of time for your help

You did not mention what year your Prelude is. If you have a 5th gen, no fuel or spark makes me think the immobilizer is keeping you from starting. Are you using the correct ECU? If you do have a car with immobilizer, check your dash to see if the light indicates it is disabling the car. I believe it should blink while turning the car on for a few seconds and go out once it accepts the key.

I grounded my battery to the bar/support underneath the rear deck/speakers. There's a coupla pear-shaped holes, sanded all the paint off, worked perfectly.
