DO I NEED A NEW CLUTCH

Hi All,
My first post here. I have a 1986 Honda Prelude Si 2.0
Not long ago I noticed a little slipping on the clutch. Also, while it is in neutral and it idles, in the engine, smoke comes up from below, looks like below the belt area, or it seems that way, and it has a burnt smell. Since the clutch is not to bad, but still does slip, my question is, and since I'm a numb nut when it comes to cars, would you guys say that it is because of the clutch that the car is smoking. Hope all this makes sense.
Thanks for your help
Billy

As far as the burning smell, it might come from your clutch if it needs to be replaced that bad. But if it is just a little slip from what you say; i really doubt that it would cause the smoke to come out of your hood. I don't think clutches could even cause smoke to come out. I could be wrong though, anyone feel free to correct me.

Haha, so your saying smoke can come out, according to the vid :) If I gun it, then it does slip quite a bit. I just want to make sure that's the problem before I put $600 plus into a clutch. But my concern was that even when I just started the car and it was idling, a bit of smoke was coming out of the engine area. So it is possible and probably the problem right???? :)
Thanks for you help
Billy
