Icon5 10W-30 ok for a 4th gen Prelude???

Ok so i have to get my old changed but i thought i buy 10w30 instead of 5w30 because i noticed that it burned a little oil. The car has about 188k miles on it and It has a very small oil leak near the oil pan but not enough to be anything major. Will fix with a new oil pan gasket when i get sometime. Either way Is 10W30 to thick for a prelude? its an F22A1 with 188k miles but you wouldn't tell if you heard it or drove it. Runs like a champ but will the 10W30 mess up all my current seals that the 5w30 has build over time

PS: its only burning a little of oil since it get hot over here in KS. It currently at 3 1/2 quarts instead of the 4 quarts that it should be. I know its burning because i smell the motor burning the oil after i get out of the car when coming off the highway.

Owners manual for h 22 calls for 10 30 but I'm not sure on the f22

Manual calls for 10W-30 (F22A1) if you rarely or never see temps below 20*F. You'll be fine.
