Re: which would be better???

Coil-overs aren't necessarily the best way to go. GC plus Koni Yellows or the blue shocks i forget the name at the moment. Koni Yellow Sport Shock Set 92-01 Honda Prelude excluding SH | eBay

TOKICO BLUE HP SHOCKS FRONT AND REAR HONDA PRELUDE BB1 BB2 BB3 1992-01 | eBay

Pretty sure Koni yellow is better but 2 bills more. Have you looked into Function & Form? Type ones run about $650 shipped on ebay. Best way to go is GC+Koni if you want a nice handling ride with out it being bouncy and etc

Koni yellow is the way to go.
What are the spring rates going to be?

Re: which would be better???

If you're going with GC's, go with Koni shocks. Don't be cheap on suspension or you'll hate yourself. And your car. Haha
