h23 if your going to just boost it and leave it stock ( lower compression ) but the h22 is the better if your going to build it.

ahah! maybe we were both right. h23 and h22 are both good but just different types of turbo build.

if your gonna keep the block completely stock, F22 > H23 > H22
if your gonna build it, H22 > H23 > F22

but since you already have an H23 in there, it's kinda dumb to drop 1-3g's just for an H22 when the H23 can easily handle 500hp (check out http://www.av-engineered.com/ ) and you can use that money to build an insanely strong H23.

and i've never heard of such a problem that miz is havin with the 23's. i think he just doesn't know how to take care of his motors

I used to own a 4th gen vtec lude it was immaculate. To my knowledge the better motor for turbo was the H23 Since you already have it i would think that is the better decision. I think it was nbetter based on compression and also lower end motor strength. Hope I helped

^ the best turbo kit you can get is called an auto to manual conversion.
