Re: small turbo or bore and sleeve

nitrous, and tune. And since you don't have a lot of money, blowing the engine is out of the question, so you'll be careful with how much/often you spray, before it costs you an engine.

Unless you can junkyard turbocharge your car, and get a sick deal/hookup on ECU, and tuning...you're pretty much limited on options.

You can turbo for relatively cheap (****compared to buying a bolt-on kit).

All power upgrades are going to cost you money, and the 80 extra hp you desire, comes with a bigger price tag, and runs the risk of destroying you're engine.

or you can just save more money and do it properly. Just bore it, and sleeve, and go with a NOT small turbo

Re: small turbo or bore and sleeve

I hate to be this type of guy but search this forum. If you dont have the budget to do it right then It will only cost you more in the long run. To get something like 80 hp your talking "drastic" modding. My only advice.... Read read read read read read read read read read. I learned everything that I know about cars from this forum.
