Brake Tune-up

Hey guys, my front brakes are shot to crap on my s13 and so is my passenger ball joint. I'm on a restrictive budget, but I think I've finally put together the parts I'm going to get. Before I buy them, can I get some feedback to determine if this is the right route and worth the upgrade?

RAYBESTOS 507-1311 Control Arm/Ball Joint Assy | eBay

Centric Parts 105.07000 Front Original Equipment Ceramic Pads | eBay

Centric Parts 121.42041 Front Disc Brake Rotor | eBay

My concern with the rotors, is that it does not specify if it's for ABS or not. How do I tell? I do not have ABS.

As for the pads, I don't believe it comes with shims and I cannot find the kit it requires. Does it actually come with shims or should I avoid these for that reason?

If you were going to do this, would you recommend different parts? I would like to end up paying no more than $150 for everything.

Thanks for reading.

EDIT: I found these on eBay and I've been researching them. Everyone seems happy with them. Any opinions?

Re: Brake Tune-up

Power Slot and Centric are both the same company. I use power slot front and centric rear rotors and have no complaints.

never used their pads though.

non abs rotors are smaller than abs rotors - not sure of the actual difference but that's all I know on the topic...

I know Centric makes Power Slot and Stop Tech, that's what I was looking at them. I also now know those are the ABS rotors because of a person on Zilvia. What about the update I just put on there? I need rears as well, but I couldn't afford it.
