Honda Prelude Funny Noise

A day or so ago, I got into my car, started driving and a Noticed that when I accelerated from a stop, or sometimes when I turn left I hear this noise. It definitely sounds like it's coming from the left front wheel area. The noise it self sound almost like a knocking (sorry if that's not too helpful). I've looked under the hood and the wheel well to make sure there is nothing lose or a stick caught on something flying around, but there appears to be nothing out of the ordinary..

Any suggestions??

Re: Honda Prelude Funny Noise

i once had a loose lug nut on my front tire and it made a knocking noise when slowing down, accelerating, and turning...u can also jack the front end up and see if anything is loose or abnormal in the steering, suspension, and cv axle area.

Re: Honda Prelude Funny Noise

if your wheels are all tight and good as shooter suggested, it sounds to me like your cv axle may need replaced.
