carbon fiber ....

I kno its suppose to be the best but, is it really worth the price of it? ...lik the hood I can see, but like the spoilers and tunk covers and all those other things

when added to a gutted car it can help alot when racing since every 100 pounds is .1 off your time

Real carbon fiber parts reduce weight. The fake stuff they sell is just a waist to me. If you want to get real carbon parts, and not plastic wrapped in one layer, its gonna cost you.

I actually saw this "rule-of-thumb" on Car Science and it's wrong...In a good way. They saw that 100 lbs off pretty consistently gave 0.25 seconds off the quarter. So every 100 lbs means a quarter of a second off. This rule, of course, varies with different vehicles. This was tested in a mid-90's Sentra I believe with a professional driver.

and really how much weight do you save there if its all CF without no GF skeleton? kilo or two? that doesnt mean that much.. I mean there is no big difference between their weights
