Ok so i have a 94 f22a automatic prelude it needs some repairs I don't know if its the motor tranny or what but it bogs down and loses power in between 2000 and 3000 rpms doesnt matter the speed im going i dont have the money to take it to a shop was just wondering if anyone had ideas what causing this and about what i could expect on the cost or if i should just sell and find another one

well the fuel line right off the back of the fuel filter is kinked way to go to the guy who tried to change it or whatever by himself but could that affect the rpms. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars but i know enough for general repairs and maintenance if anyone has any ideas to why it would be doing this i can find out if i can fix it or have a friend do it with me

When is the last time you had a tune up? Wires. plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, pcv....ect.

did a tune up about 4 months ago. about to repair that fuel line, replace the fuel filter and fuel pump, clean the injectors, and run some pressure tests
