If you can't afford it, get an H23A1 out of a wrecked Lude for a lil less.

Isnt It The 92-93 Accord Motors That Fit The Ludes ?

And If I Was To Get A Vtech What Would I Have To Change ?
Wouldnt It be A Computer?

And Whats Obd1 ?

You'd need a P13, P28, or P72 ECU to run a VTEC engine. JDM H22A is the way to go I think. You may find this useful. Most of the sites will send you an ECU with the motor but make sure they do before you buy.
