Icon8 having to give my 01 prelude gas to start

just started yesterday i have to give it gas to the floorboard to start it. feels likes it missing or bogging . i have to kkep revving it up for 30 secs then it clears right up. ive got cold air intake megan ss headers full catback exhaust. so it should be running lean. need some help plz.

no im gonna try that i unplugged the map sensor with it runnin shut car off then plugged it back in and its worked good

blown head gasket water gets in on top of pistons causing this
