need help, my car vibrate at high speed.

My car vibrate when I'm going above 60~65,
I did the tire balance twice, still the same.
one of the guy said, it is the clutch or the flywheel.
I'm thinking maybe the flywheel, because my clutch still good.
However, if I have to change the flywheel, i would change the clutch.
what brand you guys recommended for clutch and flywheel?

Also, my ABS light is on, the code is one....
so the abs pump motor has problem.
I'm wondering if the ABS pump motor cause my car vibrate?

Your clutch and flywheel don't depend on your speed, they depend on your RPM's. If it was either of those, you would definitely know. Sounds like a shot tie rod or ball joint that has caused your alignment to be off.

the guy who did my tire balance said around 3000rpm the car starts shake.

Also my car has some noise at the front of the passenger side, and it stays on even my car just sitting there.

I bought some energy brushing, I'm going to take a look of the control arm bush. i may replace some brush, see if i works

Re: need help, my car vibrate at high speed.

well buddy, i experienced a similar prob with my previous car, Honda Balade 160i SOHC. Is the vibration still there when u take your foot off the excelerator???

I took it to a whole lot of people to find out what the prob is, just to find out im making it worse the more hands i put on my motor... at the end of the day it was a problem with my diff... the bearing inside the diff that holds the cv in place was broken and that caused the vibration when excelerating!

I also went through the whole process of checking all those other things like, wheel balancing, alignment, even replaced my fuel pump, throttle valves thinking it would be one of those, but still the vibrating was still there...

check that out, maybe that could be the prob.... :)

Re: need help, my car vibrate at high speed.

You might consider the problem described in the link below that explains that just balancing tire can not correct all of its irregularities when the tire has a low profile. Some vibration is a price that must be paid for performance.I am not saying for sure that this is your problem but just think you should keep this thought in the back of your mind.I would guess if you did a full rotation of your tires and the nature of the vibration change ,you may have a tire hard spot.

Tire Hard Spots and low profile tires

Re: need help, my car vibrate at high speed.

if car vibrates when you step breaks most likely your brake rotors are uneven or vended do to hard breaking and you will feel it on the pedal, just mentioning because it happen to me, its just a suggestion to get it check

Yes, when the car almost complete stop, i know what you are coming from, the brake rotor, but the brake rotor wont effect the car unless i use the brake right?
