need help badly wheels shake bad

When I'm driving.g my wheels shake really bad I've gotten it aligned n balanced had tire shop check for anything out of the ordinary n I checked myself worn bushing free play in the wheel or arms nothing or ball joints ..need help to figure out y the Hell its acting up ? Pls help

yea i had this happened to me after i stomped on the brakes when a dog came across the freeway =/ had flat spots, they eventually softened out but i just swapped the tires out.
