Re: KYB AGX Shock or TOKICO HP SHOCKS"Blue"?

I had Tokico HP shocks paired with Skunk2 coilovers, and from my experience I liked the combination as Street/DD. I was lowered 2-3" on the coilovers and the shocks took the abuse of daily driving just fine.

However, I would not recommend you use this particular shock when you lower past 1.5", in my instance I guess I was lucky enough not to blow them. Tokico HP shocks are to be used as OE replacements and as to be thought of as "mild sport shocks." They blow easily when paired with aggresive springs, and Skunk2 coilovers lowered past 1.5" are aggressive enough for Tokico HP and they will blow, majority of the times.

Go with the KYB AGX adjustable shock instead.
