no pressure in clutch lines

hey guys. just bought myself a 99 prelude bout a month ago. got it cheap cuz the clutch was shot. so put a new clutch in it and a week later i started having truble shifting. so checked it out. looked like the master cyinder was leaking. so i just thought there might be some air in the lines so i tried bleeding it and after that i never had pressure in the system again. so i replaced the master and slave cylinder (figured why not since its the only other part of the system) and still no pressure. the weird thing is. the master has pressure. if i cover the master with my finger it has pressure but as soon as i put the line on the master and cover the other end of the line there is no pressure after pumping the pedal of course. so now what would you guys do next to diag the problem or if you know the preoblem please help. thanks for the help in advance guys

cliff notes:
replaced clutch
no pressure in lines
replaced master and slave
still no pressure
please help
