H22a Swap Wont Start.

hey, i have a H23a 96 sr and am putting a h22a in. i have the jumper harness and p13 all hooked up, i have put in my h23a external coil distributor put in and the engine rolls over fine.
yet im not getting any spark from the distributor or coil. i am also not getting fuel to the fuel filter. (maybe the problem is related?)
when i turn the key the engine will roll over, but the distributor is not sparking.
any ideas???

Well, in another thread a guy forgot to attach the ground on the thermostat housing.

Try going over your grounds and other electrical connections and make sure everything is hooked up.

You might also have run into other problems if you didn't do everything entailed in a jdm/obd1 swap, like swapping out the crank sensor or any of that other BS you gotta do.

Re: H22a Swap Wont Start.

96 distributors dont have a crank sensor, got a OBD1 dizzy and a distributor harness from rywire.com i think im good to go! trying it this weekend. figured out 96 OBD2 ludes have the crank sensor on the oil pump not in the dizzy like i need cause i cant switch the cam gears over because the belts are different
and i figured out the fuel, the ecu wasn't plugged in all the way, it came out because of the jumper harness!
my fingers are crossed
