Icon2 Car Problems need help and advice!

Sup everyone, Im tryin to start off right this time with a good stock mint condition 97 Prelude last owner rebuild the head and tranny and put an AEM cold air intake and a light weight fly wheel, It was awesome when I first got it and still is ecepet for these, 1) for some reason if I drive normal and start off slow and smooth, in the beginning it will hesitate a little, but if I get on it hard it will drive smooth as heck. 2) once in a while the check engine light will come on for P0133, which is the 02 slow reaction, but ill clear it and it wont come on for a while, it usually only happens when Im running late for work and the engine is cold, people say despite the fact it didnt warm up it still shouldnt do that, now those are petty problems #3 is my biggest worry, Ive been internally burning up a good amount of oil, friend say when there behind me and I hit higher RPMs like around 4k+ some black smoke, oil to be exact, will shoot out the exaust, what could that mean because it doesnt smoke constantly only when I get on it. These are only probems I had I passed inspection with flying colors though.

I would love to get any advice I can get mostly from people who already have experience at this and been through trial and error before getting it right to save me th money and trouble, Im pretty damn poor after spending 7500 and traveling 1 hours to buy this car lol,..

Any mods like exhaust and ext. that anyone with experience can let me know to get that are good and in a decent price range please let me know, it will be more than appreciated, thank you...

First, make sure its oil coming out and not fuel or radiator fluid.
I don't have much experience, BUT, it sounds to me like the rings are blown-by in your cylinder head. If oil is making it out your exhaust, then its getting past the exhaust outlet valves meaning the rings lost their basic seal.

Just a guess...?

black smoke out the exhaust means your running rich. nothin too worrisome.
bluish-white smoke is burning oil. FYI
