Universal vs. Stock O2 Sensors

I just bought a 98 SH and my O2 sensors are shot. Last night on eBay, I found O2 sensors for $35, about half of what a universal costs at a parts store.

Has anyone had problems with universal O2 sensors compared to 'good' ones? I'm really tempted to snag 2 for $70. Just looking for some education on this one.

Went ahead and bought the cheap ones. If they don't work well, I'll shell out for better. Time and money are factors right now.

Universal is fine, but I've never had good luck with Bosch sensors. Denso and NTK are the way to go

Re: Universal vs. Stock O2 Sensors

I'll probably get good sensors if I mod the ECM at all. Probably won't do that though.
