Icon5 Info on H2B swap?

I'm just now starting research, but I have a 94 LS Integra. I'll post pics and modifications tomorrow probably, but I decide I was going to keep it and just build it (An Integra with a JDM front end it the cleanest JDM car IMO) But i have the opportunity to get a 450+ horsepower built and boosted H22A on payment and I might do just that. Getting spec on it in a few says. I was wondering if anyone has do or even heard of a H2B swap (H22 with B-series tranny) What tranny would be the best? What's all needed? I just found out about this and was intrigued.
Hre is a lil teaser of my Integra.

Re: Info on H2B swap?

GSR will have short gears, LS will be taller. Depends on what you want from the car

Re: Info on H2B swap?

Never driven a turbo H2B so I can't really say what's gonna work better. LS will be better around town and cruising, but GSR will be quicker by a little

Re: Info on H2B swap?

The Ls tranny would be the best for the turbo set up and the gsr would be good for an all motor set up.. It really depends on how fast your turbo is going to spool up but i would lean more to the LS though...

**** it, b16 tranny with an LSD. Once your tires catch, you're gone.

Re: Info on H2B swap?

The B16 with an LSD has a shorter gear ratio than the GSR am i right? Almost the same but the final drive is shorter.

Re: Info on H2B swap?

That's what I thought. I'm just trying to get specs and info. I'll find out soon how much it would be. If its ridiculous I will probably just do a JDM B18C swap. I'll probably start a small build thred soon on it.

Re: Info on H2B swap?

hmmmm... it has a t3 flange. top boost is around 15 psi. its comparable to a garrett t3 super 60. so see if you can find some specs on that. thats all i really know. not much of a turbo person lol
