Is it an auto or a manual?

Re: I have no idea.... anybody??

I had this problem when I took off my calipers to paint and replaced the brake bads. Make sure your brake system is bled out properly. My car would almost die when I held the brake in, but then I bled the system and everything went back to normal. I believe it is because the booster system tries to take too much power engaging the brakes??

hmm, idk if its the brake system cuz i jus changed my brake master cylinder, rear brake shoes (drum) and the mechanic bleeded the whole thing, even adjusted the rear drums so that the e-brake locks the rear wen u lift it an inch, idk, i do have to change my front pads,

Re: I have no idea.... anybody??

okay so when you hit your brakes you draw more power so............. the engine is not being told to kick up the rpms to make up for the power being drawn. when you idle turn on headlights does it do the same ??? try turning on headlights and brake lights what happends......... first off clean the hell out of the tps use the right cleaner tps cleaner lol... no joke run your car open butterfly spray **** in there and not let it die.... keep doing it.... OR IT COULD BE some UN fused wires touching unlikely but something in the brake system is drawing bad and the alt cant keep up or the tps needs cleaned....

who knows lol

Did your car do any of this before you changed the master and rear brakes? If not then there lies the answer to your problems...

Its been doing this for a while. Even before the i change the master and rear brakes. Plus the mechanic bleeded out any air so i doubt its that.
