Tips on refurbishing under the hood?

Everything under my hood is generally really dirty and old, the valve cover is stripped, got some rust on the chassis, got random rust/peeling paint.

Anyone have some tips to refurbishing everything? Dremel? Sandpaper? Blasting cabinet? Type of spray paints to use? etc.

Alsoooo, how do I refurbish my stock blade wheels? They are serious curbage and I don't want to damage the original paint or whatever

As a new member, do what I am doing. Search. These are all things even Google alone can help you with.

Don't mean to be a, but that is the whole reason I'm here. I searched on google and needed one post to view the thread with the info I seek.
