Re: Whats the holes on the back...

They drill holes in their bumpers to let the air out from under the car so that there is less drag, at least I think thats what you're talking about.

Re: Whats the holes on the back...

pretty sure diffusers go under the car to keep the air from getting upthere in the first place. like on the EVO X
no idea what the exact term for the holes in the bumper is called. unless it actually is another form of a diffuser.

If ur a big time drag racer then it does make sense to reduce all points of drag that u can. But if its just a normal dd or slightly built car then I dont see a point in it.

Re: Whats the holes on the back...

The guy that did work on my old prelude had a gold hatch with those holes in the bumper.. He ran low 10's and finally high 9's at like 140mph.. (32psi track, 8 on the street).. Last time I talked to him he was putting the engine from the hatch into an integra

Unless u make crazy stupid power I don't think it helps much.. And doesn't look good IF the car is slow lol

Re: Whats the holes on the back...

I've usually heard them referred to as speed holes. They're super ricey unless your car is a serious track beast or crazy drag car
