running rich and cat questions

Ok i have a few questions on my car lol. Right now ive got a walboro 255 fuel pump, 280cc injectors, intake, full megan headers back exaust. My question is i know i am running rich, i currently have a brand new skunk 2 intake manifold that i plan on installing as soon as i get the time to. I am now currently throwing a CEL code saying that its my cat. One of my questions is could this be because of the fact that im running rich? I am going to buy a new cat, and install my IM all together on the same day just to get everything done at once, will the IM help me from running rich? Alsooo ive got a adjustable fuel pressure regulator that i plan on installing when i get the IM in....all in all i just want to know your guys's opinions on what i should do to get everything running normally and not as rich....if i didnt clarify on some things just lemme know and ill explain
