Icon1 1990 SI rebuild

First let me say hi and give my advanced thanks to those who help me. I have a 1990 Prelude Si 2.1 automatic I am slowy starting to rebuild it I am trying to figure out which alternators will fit I have heard a 92 prelude will fit. So far all I can find is a 70 amp I am looking for more power at an affordable price. As of right now it has the standard stock engine I want to upgrade to a V-Tech engine but I have no idea where to start. Also I wish to trade out the headlights they are just so dim I am looking for a bright HID light conversion. Thanks for the help.
