Need help with Clifford ACE 600 Alarm

The remotes I have do not communicate with the car. Even after following the directions from Clifford's site, I can't seem to reprogram them. The valet switch works, but that's all. The siren is also really quiet. I have unplugged the brain for several hours to see if that helped, but to no avail. Remotes have new batteries.

Any suggestions?

The first thought that comes to mind is a problem with the Valet Switch. It is either in the wrong position or is shorted. --common issue with those little tiny switches.

You need to cut the wire and test it with a new/different switch. Just saying that the valet switch works means nothing to me. How do you know it works? (not being bitchy,..... just need more information to help troubleshoot)
