Which Intake to Buy!?

so its time i buy an intake im basically robbing power from my engine cause i have full straight pipe custom exhaust but no intake. BUT im not sure which one to buy...im know im going with a cold air. My opitions are

1) Injen RD cold air intake

2) AEM cold air intake

3) Custom Intake made to my specifications by Kaizenspeed shop

so which one should i go with let me know..

Re: Which Intake too Buy!?

Your really not going to gain much hp at all with an intake. Maybe like 1 or 2hp to b honest. U can go with the ebay cai and k&n filter. I would say go with that or a type s intake.....only because I like the oem look

Re: Which Intake too Buy!?

i personally would go for the Type S or the AEM V2. theres a thread floating around, if i find it ill post it, but it has dyno charts on gains for different intakes.

Re: Which Intake too Buy!?

AEM V2 makes a dyno proven 7 ponies. Just an FYI.

Re: Which Intake to Buy!?

someone actually did a dyno comparison between the aem v2 and the type s intake, and the type s intake yielded a better gain.
