A/C removal

The only thing I need to know is did the 95 Prelude come from the factory without a/c? I need the appropriate belt for when I remove the a/c.

Re: A/C removal

Idk if it did or not but to my knowledge most do. Mines a 93 with f22 but I took out my a/c and got my belt from O'Riley's. They had it in stock and was only 5-6 bucks

Re: A/C removal

i thought all prelude S's (F22's) came without A/C, but i guess not, so i guess it was optional on S's, and standard on everything else.

Re: A/C removal

Wen i took out my AC i took out all the hoses, condensor everything but the compressor. I was tryna find the belt that i cud use wen i take it out, but u gotta like take a piece of string and measure it yaself, cuz the distant is different frm wat i heard. So once u measure it, u take it autozone, pepboy etc. and find a belt that matches

Re: A/C removal

1990 Accord DX had optional AC, and uses the same crank pulley and alternator as the S and Si. VTEC would just need to add another rib, but same belt length
