1999 Honda Prelude H-22 VTECH

Hi Everybody,

I have a 1999 Prelude H-22, I just recently come into some problems with my car. When I start it up, and then bearly push the gas it act like it wants to die. But I am driving and no matter what speed I am going if I want to maintain a speed and just idle me speed it will have a hestation in it. Can anybody tell me what maybe causing this to happen Please?

Thanks
ThaTank

Hey thanks for getting back with me, I have changed all that even the oil filter. Still doing the same thing. I will only do the hestation when I am idling on the gas pedal but not any other time.

Re: 1999 Honda Prelude H-22 VTECH

Well I know it is not the Timing belt I was just repalced about 5 months ago, I was thinking it might be the fuel filter, and fuel pressure. I am having a Honda Certified Specialist look at it Monday to let me know what is wrong, but I am thinking it might be Fuel filter. Thanks guys for your help.
