5th gen prelude starting problem

Hello. My 97 Prelude has a wierd starting issue. Approx. 50% of the time I start the car it will sputter roughly for about 5 seconds and then smooths out and runs perfect. If I turn the car off and start it back up it starts perfectly every time. If I let it sit for more than 10 minutes it does the same thing 50% of the time. Car runs great after this rough start, but this problem is just really annoying. I have been troubleshooting for a while now. I have cleaned the IACV, FITV, EGR valve. New plugs, distributor cap, rotor. No vacuum leaks. No check engine lights. Coolant temp sensor was replace a couple years ago. I am making the assumptions that the 02 sensors, MAP, intake air temp sensor, and coolant temp sensor are not the problem because the car runs great and the start problem is intermittent. This is an intriguing problem for me and I can't stop trying to figure it out!
