Re: leaking shock problem

how many miles are on the shocks? my thing is, if you're gonna replace 2, you might as well replace them all. especially if they're stock, replace them all and get some lowering springs while you're at it. if you want of course.

if you don't have a whole lot of miles just replace one and be done with it.

Best off atleast doing a pair instead of only one. So just get the front one's unless you got money for all four.

Re: leaking shock problem

so you got lowering springs but stock shocks? they're probably original if you bought the car and slapped on some springs. matter of fact, that's probably why your shock is leaking. that is if you have stock shocks. you're better off replacing all 4. you're eventually going to have to anyways. i wouldn't be surprised if more than 1 is already blown. i would replace all 4 and get something aftermarket.

Re: leaking shock problem

if you don't have the money just replace 1 for now. save up for some aftermarket. where do you plan on getting the replacement shocks? because from the dealers they're about 100 bucks. so you'll spend 400 for all 4. you can get some cheap aftermarket shocks like tokicos that are designed for lowering, for just over 300 bucks. that's for all 4.
